Coventry Transport Museum houses the largest publicly owned collection of British vehicles in the world, and tells the fascinating story of Coventry and its people through the rise and fall of its biggest industry. Now fully reopen after a £9.5m...
10.30am - 12.30pm
£5 per family (up to 3 people, must include 1 adult, additional person £2.50) per session. (Cash only)
We are exploring this year’s theme of journeys by investigating how machines move. Motors, robots and engines will be explored, tested and made to move, with your help.
Drop-in. Booking is not required.
Designed for age 5+. All ages welcome.
Be inspired by our collection, test your skills and take our challenge to make a small version to take home using only the material given. This workshop series is an opportunity for Dads to spend quality time with their children, exploring the world of Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths (STEM).
Meet fellow dads in a relaxed environment, and enjoy having a go at specially designed tinker-boxes. Explore at your own pace, with one of our guides on hand to answer questions.
While this workshop is offered as a special opportunity to Dads, however, we warmly welcome families of all shapes and sizes. Mums, Grandparents and Carers are all invited to join this exciting workshop series.
