Christmas is a magical time aboard Britannia. From Saturday 2 December, The Queen’s former floating palace will be adorned with glittering decorations. Wreaths, garlands and stunning Christmas trees will sparkle throughout the ship. During our Christmas Weekend on Saturday 2 December and Sunday 3 December visitors can enjoy complimentary mulled wine and shortbread onboard whilst exploring Britannia’s five decks. We are delighted to welcome the Edinburgh Military Wives Choir this year who will be performing merry songs in Britannia’s State Drawing Room on Sunday 3 December from 1.30pm onwards. For the first time ever, Her Majesty The Queen’s private Scottish Estate, Balmoral, is gifting us a 7ft Scots Pine Christmas Tree which will be traditionally decorated and on display in Britannia’s State Drawing Room for visitors to enjoy. Festive fare will be on the menu in the Royal Deck Tea Room and the whole family can take part in the Christmas Cuddly Corgi Treasure Hunt, so keep a look out and receive a badge at the end of your tour! The Gift Shop will also be filled with lots of festive gift ideas and stocking fillers.
