DESCRIPTION

Get yourself into gear and head over to Barleylands this May half term where there’s a lot going on that’s a little bit different!

Barleylands Farm Park’s smallest visitors can be just like mum and dad when they get behind the wheel of one of the attractions’ mini Landrovers and take a drive around a specially designed 4x4 mini off-road course.

The mini Landrovers are just one of the highlights of Barleylands’ Little Farmers event which is taking place this May half term.  It will feature extra farming activities as well as butter making, scarecrow crafting, bottle feeding lambs and different animal activities, offering plenty of fun for all the family.

Our pint sized mini Landrovers are a quarter of the size of the real thing and are perfect for budding Lewis Hamiltons, aged 3 to 14 years. Battery operated, they are lots of fun with variable speed controls and a maximum speed of five miles an hour.  We’ve been busy creating an off road course, which features ramps and a host of other driving challenges.
On top of this, there will be extra farming activities and butter making, scarecrow making with daily competitions and animal petting.

Learn how to make and take home your very own butter in our Farm Kitchen and discover all about our goats and miniature donkeys!
Plus, there will be all the usual activities for visitors to enjoy including birds of prey displays, Lamb National sheep races, tractor & trailer rides and interactive reptile sessions.

Please note: The frame and straw will be provided for scarecrow making, visitors will need to bring their own clothes and accessories.
